Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below. Wherever the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "7x777" or "the Platform" means the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 7x777.games, including all games, features, account management tools, and promotional content accessible to registered members.
• "We", "Us", or "the Operator" means the entity that owns and operates the 7x777 platform.
• "You" or "Member" means any person who accesses or uses the 7x777 platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on 7x777, through which they access all platform features.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on the 7x777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a Member's 7x777 account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and applicable bonus credits where specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member's account by 7x777, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked across eligible games on 7x777 before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all 7x777 accounts before withdrawal access is enabled.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7x777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 7x777 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 7x777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 7x777 complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 7x777 or any affiliated platform, or subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 7x777, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7x777 at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — including under a different name, mobile number, CNIC, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and your email address where requested.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any registered details change, you must update your account or notify 7x777 support promptly.
• Non-transferability: Your 7x777 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Account closure: 7x777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to have been registered in breach of these Terms, or where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, without notice and without liability.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7x777 account credentials, including your username and password. In relation to account security, the following terms apply:

• You must not share your 7x777 login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you.
• 7x777 will never contact you to request your password through any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify 7x777 support without delay.
• 7x777 implements session-based authentication and automatic logout features as a security measure. You should always log out of your account when accessing 7x777 from a shared or public device.
• 7x777 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your authorisation (express or implied) of access by a third party.

Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

7x777 is required to conduct identity and age verification on all accounts as a condition of enabling full platform access, including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation. This verification process is referred to as KYC.

KYC verification requires you to submit a clear photograph of a valid government-issued identity document — specifically your National Identity Card (CNIC) — along with a live selfie photograph confirming that the document belongs to you. 7x777 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of address or payment method verification, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

• Withdrawal of funds from your 7x777 account is not permitted until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction.
• 7x777 aims to complete KYC reviews within 2–4 hours of receiving all required documents during business hours.
• All identity documents submitted to 7x777 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.
• Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7x777 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 7x777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding 500,000 PKR, including source-of-funds documentation.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., duplicate submissions) will be reviewed and refunded to the original payment source within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification.
• 7x777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside 7x777's control.
• All withdrawals must comply with the anti-money laundering requirement that the total amount withdrawn may not exceed the total amount deposited plus verified winnings.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7x777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, loyalty rewards, and seasonal offers (including Ramadan and Eid promotions). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts must be wagered the specified number of times across eligible games on 7x777 before the associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer description. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One active bonus at a time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members as defined in each offer. New member welcome bonuses apply to the first qualifying deposit only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms, the maximum withdrawable amount derived from a bonus is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount, which will be stated in the offer. Winnings from bonus play exceeding this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not met by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• 7x777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where the Operator has reason to believe a bonus is being misused or abused.

Game Rules & Betting

7x777 offers a range of games and betting markets including but not limited to: T20 Cricket sports betting, live Roulette, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting (live Sabong), Live Blackjack, and Live Baccarat. The following general terms apply across all game categories:

• Each game and betting market on 7x777 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a dispute, the game-specific rules shall prevail over any general description or marketing material.
• Bets placed on 7x777 are final once confirmed. Members cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• 7x777 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error has occurred, where the bet was accepted in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a system fault), or where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed.
• For live sports betting markets (including T20 Cricket and HBL Pakistan Super League events), in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. 7x777 is not responsible for bets that could not be confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface on the 7x777 platform.
• All game outcomes on 7x777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software (for non-live games) or by real-world events (for live dealer and sports betting markets). 7x777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Fair Play Policy

7x777 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, coordinate bets, or otherwise distort the natural outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operation. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while retaining funds or winnings on 7x777. Any such action constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant financial institution and authorities.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed with 7x777.

7x777 employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated security team to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach of this Fair Play Policy will be suspended immediately, with all pending withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation. 7x777 reserves the right to permanently close such accounts and forfeit all balances in serious cases.

Responsible Gaming

7x777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing support to Members who may be experiencing difficulties with gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Members through the 7x777 account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play on 7x777.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed until the specified period has expired.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7x777 platform — including but not limited to the 7x777 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, data, user interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7x777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on 7x777 without express prior written consent from the Operator.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7x777's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the PKR amount of the Member's real-money balance at the time the relevant claim arises. 7x777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform.

7x777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or events outside the Operator's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 7x777 is not liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

7x777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7x777 will notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 7x777 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between a Member and 7x777 regarding the application or interpretation of these Terms, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Internal complaint: Submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. 7x777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may escalate your complaint to the Operator's compliance team via the same email address. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal process, Members may seek independent resolution through an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body as notified by 7x777 from time to time.
